A treat with out a meat is never a treat ....

Its so nice to have refreshing weekend after a hectic week. Yes, this weekend was so much relaxing with couple of entertaining movies and meeting up with old friends after a long time.

You always feel nice to talk about things we have done in past with your friends. Its such a pride to recall those moments. Thats why we should make the best out of now so that we can make our memories more memorable.

When I was still fighting & pulling my sister's neatly platted hair, and all of a sudden my phone started ringing & vibrating pulling me out of my dreams. It was my friend checking out my day's schedule, I was thinking that I am yet to get out of bed but people have already started planning for the day. He invited me for a birthday treat at Begul Rock Kamath and I generally never say "NO" for parties.

In less than an hour I ended up with few other friends for lunch at Begul Rock. This place is very well known for its maize roti and special vegetarian food. Every one except me were full of praise for the food, some how all veggy food taste the same for me. I personally feel a treat without a meat is never a treat :)

After that we found ourselves in the very first row ( Gandhi class) in Urvasi theater for "Ajab prem ki ghazab Kahani". I nodded for this movie for two reasons, one was because of Katrina :) and the other reason was that my friends did not give me any option other than to accompany them.

But somehow its a great comedy movie to watch if you leave behind your logic & reasoning in the car at the parking lot. The role of Ranbir kapoor impressed most of the people out there, his role is kind of similar to that of "Wake up Sid", I some how liked him even in that movie may be because its so close to my character. But the interesting fact is, people like those characters only when they are on reel not in real :)

Looking forward for a great week ahead.

Nice one Ravi ... glad to see that your movie worked fine and lunch didn't. well in the same stride take veg food as a comedy movie, no logic, no spice either and most importantly, no Katrina. veggies please excuse me.
Kat is more sausy :) so good to see you fill up your memories, stomach and blog as well, a treat for all... not just non-vegies :)

This sounds like you are back to college :) And, about Veg food...you know, when I go out with friends at times and if the restaurant happens to be a veg one, not much interest is taken in ordering food...they say that anyway all vegetables...so does not matter :) Hence, I can understand the silence while you nibbled the vegetarian food :)

And, I wish you a great week ahead :)
